Required documentation includes: valid identification (ID card or passport), a Greek or European Union driver's license held for a minimum of three years, and for citizens outside the European Union, an International Driving Permit is mandatory.

Vehicles must be returned with fuel levels matching the initial collection amount. Any variance will result in charges for the fuel difference. Refunds for excess fuel are not provided.

Renters bear full responsibility for any traffic regulation violations incurred during the rental period. Administrative processing fees of 20 euros apply for handling violation-related matters.

Basic third-party liability coverage is automatically included in all rentals. Enhanced protection plans offering comprehensive coverage can be added for an additional fee.

One supplementary authorized driver may be added at no extra cost. All additional drivers must satisfy identical age and licensing criteria as the primary renter.

Child safety restraint systems suitable for various age groups, including infant carriers and booster seats, can be rented for an additional fee.

Rented vehicles are restricted to operation within designated geographical boundaries. Transportation to other locations requires advance written approval from our management.

Complimentary shuttle service is provided within a 10-kilometer radius of our main facility. Collection and return points must be confirmed during the reservation process.

Booking confirmations depend on current inventory availability. To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental commencement.

Payment methods include cash transactions, major credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club), and direct bank transfer arrangements.

• Smoking or use of tobacco products within the vehicle interior
• Transportation of animals without obtaining prior written consent
• Operation on unpaved surfaces or off-road terrain
• Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or controlled substances
• Utilizing the vehicle for business or commercial activities

Vehicles must be returned maintaining the same interior and exterior condition as at collection. Excessive soiling or damage may result in additional cleaning charges.

Lost or damaged keys will result in the renter being liable for all replacement expenses and related service fees.

In the event of mechanical failure or collision, immediately notify our 24-hour emergency support line. Unauthorized repair attempts are strictly prohibited.

Our physical location operates from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Emergency assistance is accessible around the clock via telephone.

All quoted rates incorporate applicable value-added tax and government fees. No supplementary tax charges will be applied beyond the displayed pricing.
