Required documentation consists of: government-issued photo identification (ID card or passport), a Greek or European Union driving license with minimum three-year validity, and for individuals from outside the EU, an International Driving Permit is mandatory.

Credit cards are recommended for deposit purposes, though we accommodate debit card and cash transactions. A refundable security deposit must be provided upon vehicle collection.

Reservations can be completed via our online platform, electronic mail correspondence, telephone communication, or by visiting our physical location during operating hours.

We commit to providing a vehicle from the confirmed category rather than a specific make or model. You'll receive an equivalent or superior automobile from the same classification. Special requests can be noted during reservation, and we'll endeavor to fulfill them when possible.

Cancellations are permitted. Reservations cancelled with 48 hours or more advance notice incur no fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to administrative charges.

Complimentary transportation is available within 10 kilometers of our facility. For airport collections or alternative locations, advance coordination is necessary to establish meeting arrangements. Detailed directions and contact details will be furnished.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Immediate notification enables us to maintain your reservation and coordinate alternative arrangements. Failure to communicate and delays exceeding two hours may result in vehicle reassignment.

During mechanical failures or collisions, contact our emergency support line immediately. Self-repair attempts are prohibited. We'll coordinate prompt assistance or substitute vehicle arrangements. For accidents, also notify local law enforcement and secure official documentation.
